Inclusion support in KA1: what you can claim and how to justify it

By the Akadimos Erasmus+ teamUpdated 16 October 20267 min read
The short answer

For each participant with fewer opportunities, the organisation receives 125 € of inclusion support. On top of that, the participant’s extra costs linked to their situation, such as an accompanying person or special equipment, are covered at 100% of real costs if justified and approved by the National Agency. Exceptional costs for visas, vaccinations and expensive travel are separate.

Who counts as a participant with fewer opportunities?

People who face obstacles to taking part for economic, social, cultural, geographical or health reasons, a migrant background, disability, educational difficulties or other reasons that can lead to discrimination. The Programme Guide lists typical barriers; the list is not exhaustive.

Participants with fewer opportunities may also take part in shorter mobilities, from 2 days, if justified.

Evidence that works

  • Official documents where available.
