What if we have to cancel?
Cancel 30 days or more before the course: full refund minus a 100 € admin fee. 15–29 days before: 50% refund. Under 15 days: no refund, but you can send a colleague instead, free of charge.
Will the course really run?

How do we pay?
By bank transfer, never by card on this site. You receive the invoice with our confirmation, within one working day. Please pay within 14 days. Your place is final as soon as we receive the payment.
Colleagues want different courses in the same week. Is that possible?
Yes. All courses run in every course week. Book the main course here and tell us the others in the message box, or send one booking per course.
